Located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, "Emerald Belle" rests along Old Scenic Highway 98 in the heart of Miramar Beach with 5500 Sq feet of private beach access. This 3 bedroom/3.5 bath retreat, with room to sleep 16, is the ideal place for a picture-perfect wedding or an unforgettable family reunion at the Emerald Coast.

The first floor is comprised of the main living area, which sports a full kitchen and dining area complete with a marvelous view of the Gulf Coast. Located off the main living area, the expansive patio deck, complete with gas grill and dining table, affords some of the best views the area can offer. The main living area has a home theatre system, iPod connectivity, and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is complete with Viking brand appliances and a granite breakfast bar, perfect for entertaining guests throughout the day. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking ware, giving every chef in the family a chance to prepare their favorite meal.

The second floor has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King-Size bed, two twin beds, and a private full bathroom attached. Across the hall is the second floor master bedroom with a king size bed and attached full bathroom. Both of these rooms share a balcony that looks over the sand and the surf.

The third floor of this house has the feel of a small beachside apartment. The room has a king-size bed with a full over full bunk bed. This third floor also has a separate living area complete with 2 flat screen tv's, X-Box 360 and Playstation 3 entertainment centers, and a kitchenette with an additional bar area, perfect for concocting that special nightcap.

This home participates in our Complete Clean Linens program. This means that you may enjoy plush, king-size pillows on every bed and rest easy with the knowledge that ALL bedding is laundered after each and every guest checkout. With this in mind, please be aware that comforters and other bedding may differ from those pictured.
