Blue Water Cottage is a new, non-smoking, cottage-style home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps eight on two levels. Tastefully and professionally decorated, you'll enjoy the easy living feeling of summers at the beach all year long.

This vacation home is part of a small neighborhood of cottage-style homes called Old Florida Village.
The main level features a living room with seating area, TV/VCR/DVD, game table, stereo, dining room, kitchen and breakfast bar. The bedroom on this level offers a trundle bed with room for two and its own TV. There is also a full bath on this floor.

The second story has three additional bedrooms. The master has a king size bed with a covered porch and bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The next bedroom has a queen size bed. The final bedroom has two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. (Sleeps 10 total)

The first of two neighborhood pools is just steps away and is great for families with kids who need the occasional break from the beach. Speaking of the beach, you'll enjoy playing or relaxing on the gorgeous beach that will have you thinking that you are in the Caribbean. Located just 500 yards away, the Gulf of Mexico provides breath taking views and miles of sugar white sand beaches.

Posted rates are subject to an additional cleaning fee, a damage waiver fee, and a tax of 11.5% tax for properties in Walton County and 11% for properties in Okaloosa County.
