Immediately west of Rosemary Beach lies Seacrest Beach, as perfect a beach community as you will find along Scenic 30-A. Comprised of 'Seaside-style' cottages and homes, it is most famous for it 12,000 sq ft lagoon pool with fountains, waterfalls, lap pools, kiddie pools, 2 cabana houses with restrooms, lush landscaping and picnic areas. A short walk to the beach or the shops and restuarants in Rosemary Beach make Seacrest Beach an ideal spot for the perfect family vacation or adult getaway.

Where is Seacrest Beach located?
Seacrest beach is located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. The entrance is marked by a large lifeguard chair.
Is it a gated community?
It is not a gated community, but is a secluded and quiet community
Is it safe to ride bikes?
Yes, it great to ride your bike. The speed limit is 7mph throughout the community.
How many pools are there and are they heated?
There is only one pool at Seacrest Beach called Lagoon Pool. The Lagoon Pool has picnic pavilions with barbeques and restrooms. This pool is not heated due to its size.
How far is the beach and how do we get there?
The beach is 10 - 15 walk. Just outside the community there is a little path that will take you straight to the beach
Are there restaurants and stores around?
There are a few restaurants and stores such as Chops on 30-A, La Cocina Mexican Restaurant, The Savvy Seahorse, and Bohlert Massey Designs and Home Interior among others.
Do you offer travel insurance?
No, our contract covers our refund and cancellation policy for hurricanes, most of our guest find that sufficient, however if you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact us.
Do the units have internet?
All the properties that we rent in Seacrest Beach have wireless internet access.
Are pets allowed at Seacrest Beach?
Pets are not allowed in any of the properties at Seacrest Beach
How do we make a reservation?
You can make a reservation online, or you can call any of our agents and they will be happy to assist you with reservations or questions
Where do we check in?
We do not have an office or reception area to check in. After you have paid in full, we will send a pre-arrival letter with all the information needed for your stay. Please print this letter and bring it with you since it will have address and directions to the properties in Seacrest Beach. It will also have the unit's door code.
