The open floor plan on the first floor creates the perfect place to spend time with the family. The spacious living room leads out to the first floor porch area and also connects to the newly remodeled kitchen. In the kitchen you will find granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for 4, and stainless steel appliances including a wine cooler and a warming drawer. On the second floor, the master bedroom has it's own private bathroom with jacuzzi tub and rain shower and it's own private balcony. The two other bedrooms on the second floor offer bunk beds and plenty of additional closet space. The second floor also leads out to the carriage house with a king bed, private bathroom and private entrance. The loft on the third floor has a large flat screen TV and its own wet bar and an additional bathroom- perfect for football games or game night with the kids. The loft then leads out to the 3rd floor balcony with a view of the Gulf on the horizon. You will find yourself taking in the sunset and gazing at the stars on the highback chairs throughout your vacation!
