We are just steps away from Seaside and WaterColor, in the heart of Seagrove Beach. We were one of the first folks here in the 1950's, so we picked out the best little stretch of beach around. Grab a book and sit by the pool, hit the beach, sleep in the hammocks or just lay back and enjoy the view.

The Seagrove Villas is under new ownership and new management. The hammocks are up, the pool is open, and the Motel looks better than ever. Come on in and stay awhile!

The cottages at the historic Seagrove Villas Motel were built in the late 1950’s. Building two was finished in 1960 and building 3 was added in 1990.

What are the kitchens like?
The kitchens in the cottages are full kitchens with a stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, and a small bar to sit at. Building two has kitchenettes with smaller appliances and a bar for dining. Building 3 has a small counter with a fridge, freezer and microwave. All units are equipped with coffee makers.
