"Shore is Nice" is a brand new, beautifully decorated, 4 bedroom/4.5 bath home plus bunkroom in the highly awarded neighborhood of WaterColor. The home comes with a street-legal electric golf cart that seats up to 6 (6 seat belts), 5 new aluminum cruiser bikes, and includes 3 master bedrooms, all with king beds and attached baths. It is a quick 5 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride to the nearby Publix and Pizza by the Sea, and a short bike or golf cart ride to the beach. In addition, the home is on the park and minutes to the neighborhood DragonFly pool.
In an effort to keep the house as clean and new as possible, the house is desiginated as a shoeless house, and we encourage guests to follow this policy.
