Includes the use of two pools: one below the unit and another adjacent to the complex where food is served during Summer months. For an additional weekly fee, all of the Beach Club pool and beach amenities are available as well.

Loft: incredible views and a small office
First Level:
- 2 bedrooms including a king master suite, 2 full baths, and the same incredible views from a second balcony off the master.

- DuneSider Grill serving lunch poolside in the summer season

- 30 minute drive from Destin or Panama City
This home comes with the option to purchase WaterSound Beach Club access. Information for the WaterSound Beach Club is as follows:
- The daily fee is $20 per person/per day
- The weekly fee is $100 per person/per week
- Children age 3 and under will not be charged guest fees
- A week is defined as up to seven consecutive days
- Unaccompanied guests will be limited to 12 persons per membership at one time
From time to time the club will restrict unaccompanied guest privileges. For the calendar year 2012, unaccompanied guest privileges will be suspended from July 6th thru July 8th.
Golf Carts: IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW.
Unfortunately due to HOA rules the guest will not be able to rent golf carts and will not be able to bring their own golf cart.
If the home you are renting has a golf cart provided by the owner then please be aware of the golf cart rules and regulations.
If we have not received the proper insurance and drivers license information then YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE GOLF CART.
Lastly, if a person without a valid driver's license is found to have operated the golf cart provided, or is found driving in a reckless manner then the guest will be fined a $750.00 charge to the account provided on the reservation.
