Huge waterpark in the heart of Destin on the north side of Hwy 98. You can't miss it. Seasonal only. Check thier website for dates, maps, etc. Fun for the kids, usually a bit crowded, lots of climbing stairs to move around the park. Good area for small kids too.

 

Crab Island

Destin's hot spot on the water. A little sand bar that turns into a huge party. Rent a pontoon boat and head over for the afternoon. As with any huge party that involves alochol, sun and fun, it may not be 100% appropriate for the little ones come late afternoon.

 

Destin Harbor

Restaurants, shops, fishing boats and all things that make Destin what it is. Take a stroll along the boardwalk late in the afternoon and catch the fishing fleet unloading their catch of the day.
