Jeremy Sprenkle - jeremy@360blueproperties.com
Jeremy is an Owner and the original founder of 360 Blue ... which explains why he makes us call him 'The Maestro.' If you are an owner or if you’ve ever been a guest of 360 Blue, you probably already know Jeremy. He is the one that pulls it all together. He is our jack of all trades, and the master of keeping everyone happy. Before starting 360 Blue, he owned and operated his own restaurant in Tampa, and then spent several years enjoying the real estate boom helping to develop and sell condos in Destin and along 30-A. Jeremy is a graduate of Florida State, and if you know him, you probabaly already love him.

Jason is a co-owner of 360 Blue, and an older, but not always wiser brother of Jeremy. As 'The Stratagist' Jason handles the big picture items. Most days he loves to play with spreadsheets, and it appears that he is at his happiest with a few colored charts and a microphone. Prior to 360 Blue, Jason practiced law for 8 years defending pharmaceutical and software companies, then moved to Destin with a partner of his to play condo developer. He claims to have developed Adagio, Villa Coyaba and the Andante Penthouses, but we are still checking. Jason received both his undergraduate degree in Finance and his law degree from Florida State.

As the first ever employee of 360 Blue, Katie has held just about every title we've ever come up with. Today, she fills a new increadibly important role for 360 Blue - making sure all the owners, guests and employees of 360 Blue are happy ... very, happy! No seriously, that's her job description. And trust us, she does it with a vigor, passion and smile that only Katie can deliver. Part conceirge, part Dr. Phil, part welcoming committee, Katie is there when you need her. She is our big heart, make you smile, make sure you are happy and want to come back soon representative. She is also officially in charge of exercising and eating healthy for all of us. She is the health nut we strive to be in our News Years’ resolutions. Prior to joining 360 Blue, Katie taught pre-school in Santa Rosa Beach.

Brooke is 'The Banker' for 360 Blue and our office's resident War Eagle. When it comes to bean-counters she's the VERY sweetest you'll ever know. If it involves money, which most things do, it'll flow through Brooke at one point or another. She lives in the joyous world of budgets, reconciliations & P&L's, and she does it all with ease. Fortunately, she brings a vast background in the rental management industry to the Company, and she is an integral part of overall success and 360 Blue. After graduating from Auburn with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Brooke worked for both Sandestin’s and WaterColor’s Rental Property Management teams. She left our area to further pursue her career with Hilton in San Diego for a few years, but thankfully recently decided to return to 30A to be near friends and family.

After working his was up through virtually every position in the company, Ron currently serves as the offical Owner Liason, and manages our Operations (Housekeeping & Quality Assurance) and Maintenance Departments. Known around the company as the 'Problem Solver,' there isn't much that Ron can't can't handle. He takes an enormous amount of pride in making sure that all of our owners and guests are happy, and you won't find a more dedicated, hard-working soul. In addition to the long work week he puts in at the office, Ron is also lucky enough to take all the after hours emergency phone calls. If something goes bump in the night, Ron's the night watchman. Prior to joining our team, Ron was the Maintenance Supervisor at Villa Coyaba, one of the many developments within or rental program. Owners and guests loved him so much, we had to bring him into the family.

Formerly our most senior and decorated maintenance team member, Alec has moved up to run 360 Blue's Operations Division, taking direct responsibility for the Housekeeping and Quality Assurance side of the house, while continuing to provide day to day oversight for the maintence work in the field. Alec still starts his work day at 5:00 am, something he obviously picked up during his NAVY service. Never at a loss for words, he's the bright-eyed bushy tailed team member that gets things going early. With an ever growing maintenace team, Alec is still the guy whose phone buzzes when the maitenance problem is complex or just tricky. Just like the rest of our maintenance team, we hope you don't see too much of him, but if you do you will know why he's part of the family. Prior to joining 360 Blue, Alec was a maintenance supervisor with Emerald Shores and he operated his own landscaping company. He enjoys long walks on the beach, fine bottles of wine, and romance novels ... no wait ... anyway, he is super sharp, keen on the details, pretty darn funny, and in charge of keeping the rest of us on our toes.

Tyler is 'The Captain' at 360 Blue, and he's got the offical hat to prove it. As one of 360 Blue's first reservationists, Tyler quickly stood out. He's got exceptional vision, judgement and enthusiasm, and it wasn't long before he took the reins to help build and run the guest relations / customer service department. After a year at the sales helm, he recently was promoted to Director of Growth and World Domination, with a eye towards strategically expanding 360 Blue's property offerings and options. When he isn't busy winning "Hottest body on the Emerald Coast (current reigning crown holder), he is working tirelessly to make 360 Blue bigger, better and stronger. Tyler is a graduate of the University of Louisville and prior to joining 360 Blue he was working his way through the ranks at Macy's shooting for the CEO's chair no doubt.

Brittany recently accepted the reins as the 'mother hen' of our maintenance department, ensuring that each leak, spill or battery is sealed, cleaned or replaced right on time and with a smile. Officially, she oversees the logistics and dispatching of all mainteance and inspection work and ensures that the boys in the field are right on time, everytime. Unofficially, she's got the biggest heart in the office, so she also fills the roles of chief hugger and head cheerleader. If you've never had a Brittany hug, stop on by. She's as southern and sweet as ice tea, and you will feel better for weeks ... guaranteed. Prior to joining 360 Blue, Brittany managed a real estate office in Tennessee.

Mike 'The Kingpin' Posey is the head of our (yet to be formed)championship bowling team, and one of the genuinely nicest, most respectuful men you'll ever meet. After managing our Villa Coyaba project initially, Mike jumped over to the maintenance team where he continues to shine. He currently manages our properties on the west end of WaterColor and in Seaside. A native of the area, he's been fixing things and making people smile his entire life.

If you know a super friendly Cajun who thinks crawfish is the best sidedish for every meal, you know Lawrence. He handles maintenace for all of our properties on the east end of WaterColor, and he does a great job for 360 Blue. If you can break it, Lawrence can fix it - and if you can kill it, Lawrence can cook it up in a dark roux. He pulls off a Fu Manchu with style and grace, and he's got as big of a smile as anyone on the team.

As head of our maintenance team for WaterSound Beach, Randy's word is his bond. He is the quiet guy in the room who lets his actions speak for him. If you ask him for a hand, consider it done ... and consider it done well. Randy takes great pride in making sure that the homes under his command are always beautifully maintained. He is a superb addition to 360 Blue.

After spending a year as the sweet voice with the Venezuelan smile on the other end of of the line for so many of our guests, Cathy was recently promoted to Director of Guest Relations, overseeing all of 360 Blue's vacation plannners. In addition to a head's down work ethic, Cathy comes with the fanciest set of credentials with a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management and a Masters in Management. When she's not busy arranging her diplomas, she works tirelessly to make sure every guest picks the perfect property and that all of their needs are attended to down to the smallest detail. She's the tip of the spear when it comes to 360 Blue's extraordinary service, and we are delighted to have her on the team!

As the 'Wilfred Brimley' of 360 Blue, Dan manages all the mainteance needs on 360 Blue's east end - encompassing Rosemary and Seacrest Beach. He's the shy, demure, 'get it done' kinda guy, that is alway there when you need him. He's as dependable as they come, and he's fixed everything that has ever been made at least once. He rarely offers more than a good chuckle, so if you see him throw him a big hug.

Jennifer is our super-friendly, artsy-fartsy, quirky ball of sunshine who absolutely bends over backwards to help guests find the perfect vacation spot. When she's not talking politics or reading about capitalism and economics, she's the fun loving happy one, excited to help just about everybody. Jennifer comes to us with a background in luxury retail sales. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys "cloud gazing."

Billy runs 360 Blue's office at the Seagrove Villas, and he is famous along 30-A for his talents as a local BrewMaster (and for the moped he regularly drove to work). He honed his skills in hospitality growing up with a family that managed an Inn along the coast. He's a master a guest relations and friendly soul to all that visit the Seagrove Villas. He's not afraid to get a facial to stay pretty, but he's no fan of haircuts. He's hard not to love, and he's a welcomed addition to 360 Blue's guest relations team.

Roger takes care of Villa Coyaba for us and it does it with extreme pride. When he isn't helping a guest or owner with groceries or just lending a hand, he is busy spit shining the building from one end to another, making sure that the pool is just right, the chairs are straight, the gym looks brand new, and everything sparkles like it did on opening day. His pride and ownership are infectious and we are thrilled to have him at 360 Blue.

As the sole member of the 360 Blues Band, Bryce comes to us as a world traveler and talented musician formerly with the indie rock group Darla Farmer. His passion for music and all things soulful ads just the perfect dose of funk and rock-n-roll to the 360 Blue team. He also shares a similar passion for helping people and making sure that our guests book the perfect spot for their stay. We are excited to have him aboard, and we are looking forward to getting the rest of the band on board soon!

Katie, or "Katie Anne" around here, is the master of all Project Managers. If it requires Excel, some 'strategery,' and bit of planning ... it ends up on Katie's desk and it comes out perfect. She helps just about everyone at 360 Blue get the tough project that needs to be done, done. She's a recent transplant from the northeast, but she's no doubt the saltiest on our team already having spent the last few years working for a luxury yacht manufacturer. When she's not keeping us all straight, she's probably out fishing.
