Our Team

If you're a 360 Blue guest or owner, you've likely gotten to know a few of the people pictured here. Perhaps you've even met several of them, or talked with them a few times on the phone. Here's your chance to put a face with a name.

Jeremy Sprenkle

Jeremy is an Owner and the original founder of 360 Blue, LLC. If you’ve been a guest of 360 Blue, chances are you’ve run into Jeremy a few times. He is our jack of all trades, master of keeping guests happy, and late night phone answerer. If you need anything, Jeremy can help! Before starting 360 Blue, Jeremy owned and operated his own restaurant in Tampa, and then spent several years enjoying the real estate boom helping to develop and sell condos in Destin and along 30-A. Jeremy is a graduate of Florida State, and if you know him, you'd love him.

Jason Sprenkle

Jason is a co-owner of 360 Blue, LLC, and an older, but not always wiser brother of Jeremy. Jason handles the business and accounting side of 360 Blue, and seems to love to play with spreadsheets. Prior to joining Jeremy at 360 Blue, Jason practiced law for 8 years defending pharmaceutical and software companies, then moved to Destin with a partner of his to play condo developer. He claims to have developed Adagio, Villa Coyaba and Andante Penthouses, but we are still checking. Jason received both his undergraduate degree in Finance and his law degree from Florida State.

Katie Marcus

Katie is our Director of Guest Relations, and the only one who insisted on getting an important sounding title. When you call to book your stay, Katie is usually the smiling face on the other end of the phone. She is our big heart, make you smile, make sure you are happy and want to come back soon representative. Katie is also officially in charge of exercising and eating healthy for all of us. She is the health nut we strive to be in our News Years’ resolutions. Prior to joining 360 Blue, Katie taught pre-school in Santa Rosa Beach.

Joey Valorie

If it breaks, Joey knows how to fix it. As our Destin Maintenance Supervisor, we hope you won't see too much of Joey - but if you do, he'll be smiling. Joey is the one who made everything look great prior to your arrival, and if something isn't working perfectly during your stay, we will send him right over. Prior to joining 360 Blue, Joey ran his own maintenance company in Fort Walton Beach. He is a rock and roll history buff, father to some of the greatest kids in the world, a great asset to our team, and one of the nicest folks you'll ever have the fortune to run into.

Brooke Morar

We are excited to have Brooke onboard as the latest member of our team.  Brooke brings a vast background in the rental management industry to the Company, and she will be assisting with all aspects of the growth and success and 360 Blue.  After graduating from Auburn with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Brooke worked for both Sandestin’s and  WaterColor’s  Rental Property Management teams.  She left our area to further pursue her career with Hilton in San Diego for a few years, but thankfully recently decided to return to 30A to be near friends and family.

Ron Collingsworth

As Director of Maintenance for 360 Blue, Ron certainly has his hands full and takes an enormous amount of pride in making sure that all of our guests are happy. If any of our properties need maintenance attention, the buck stops at Ron's desk. In addition to the long work week he puts in at the office, Ron is lucky enough to take all the after hours emergency phone calls. If something goes bump in the night, Ron's the night watchman. Prior to joining our team, Ron was the Maintenance Supervisor at Villa Coyaba, one of the many developments within or rental program. Owners and guests loved him so much, we had to bring him into the family.

Alec Dalrymple

As our most recent addition to the 360 Blue team, Alec starts his work day at 5:00 am, something he obviously picked up during his NAVY service. Never at a loss for words, he's the bright-eyed bushy tailed team member that gets things going early. Designated as our 30-A Maintenance Supervisor, Alec, along with Ron and Joey, completes the team behind the scenes. With his attention to detail, Alec handles everything from construction projects to full landscaping. Just like the rest of our maintenance team, we hope you don't see too much of him, but if you do you will know why he's part of the family. Prior to joining 360 Blue, Alec was a maintenance supervisor with Emerald Shores and he operated his own landscaping company. He enjoys long walks on the beach, fine bottles of wine, and romance novels ... no wait ... anyway, he is super sharp, keen on the details, pretty darn funny, and in charge of keeping the rest of us on our toes. Welcome aboard Alec!
