EXECUTIVE ACCESS: Guests staying at this 360 Blue property have access to limited golf tee times at Shark's Tooth and Camp Creek Golf Courses, the tennis courts at Shark's Tooth Club and complimentary use of any two kayaks and canoes offered at the WaterColor boathouse for one hour at no additional charge during each day of stay.
LOCATION: This is a gulf view Viridian residence located above Surfing Deer in the heart of Seagrove Beach.
DETAILS: Unit 202 at 2743 E County Hwy 30A is a new three bedroom, three and a half bath, construction that offers guests a luxurious condominium featuring private deed access to the beach, three master suites and sweeping Gulf vistas. With multiple restaurants downstairs and Seaside, Watercolor, and Watersound all just a short bike ride away, this is a perfect location. There are two master suites on either side of the entrance to the home. They both have king beds, HD 4K Smart TVs, cushioned chairs, large walk-in closets, their own temperature control systems, plantation shutters to black out the light, and ensuite baths with a single vanities. The suite to the left of the entrance is slightly bigger and has a shower-tub combo instead of the solo shower. Guests can also take advantage of the laundry room between these two suites. Down the hall, the large gourmet kitchen seamlessly connects with the living and dining areas. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a range with an indoor griddle, abundant cabinet space and a large island fixed with a breakfast bar and three stools. The dining area, which sits eight comfortably, boasts a large white and wooden table while the living area has an oversized set of club chairs and a set of club couches that address the 65 inch HD 4K Smart TV and entertainment center. For additional entertainment, there is also a second living area with a large L shaped couch and HD 4K Smart TV next to the powder room near the main hallway. This home provides the full sports package and HD channels on every TV and there are Blue Ray players in both living areas. Be sure to step outside and relax on the club chairs and love seat on the balcony while you enjoy the fresh ocean breeze and a cocktail before grilling some steaks on the, stainless steel, gas grill in the dedicated BBQ area. Guests can also take advantage of listening to music or the game on the outdoor speakers. Finally, the third master suite offers an extravagant master bath and private access to the balcony overlooking the water. The room has a king bed, TV, club chairs, black out drapes, ceiling speakers, and a telescope to enjoy the stars. The huge bathtub, shower and walk-in closet provide the final touches on this impeccable unit.
