Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

November 2017 Stay

We have stayed in other WaterColor properties, but the location of this one made it an instant favorite! Nestled above The Blue Giraffe, this cozy condo has a terrific front porch with plenty of seating - perfect for morning coffee and late afternoon people watching!
The floor plan made it spacious for our family of three, and it could easily accommodate twice that.
We enjoyed the Rosemary Beach Farmers Market, where we got provisions for several meals. We also enjoyed meals out at Cowgirl Kitchen, The Perfect Pig, Cafe Thirty-A, Old Florida Fish House, Hibiscus Cafe, and Red Bar.
We dove for sand dollars and rented a kayak at the beach, and we loved being so close to the Beach Club.
I was initially worried that being this close to 30 A and the shops and wine bar would make this a loud place, but not so - we soaked up the peace and quiet all week.
Bikes in good repair, comfortable beds, and plenty of bath towels were the icing on the cake.
Loved it and look forward to staying again in the future

September 2017 Stay

We had an amazing vacation. The Condo was spacious and attractive. The floor plan provided two separate master suites. Early risers did not disturb late sleepers. The bunk beds in the bunk room were adult size and comfortable. The Condo can easily accommodate a family of six. In addition the two porches add to the space for morning coffee and evening wine and cheese.
The beach and Watercolor Beach Club are only two short blocks across 30A. As you can see in the attached picture, the beach is glorious with white sand, generous shallow shelf and warm water.
With Seaside a short walk to the East and Grayson Beach a short drive to the West, we had an excellent variety of restaurants and shopping. We also availed ourselves of the wine and cheese restaurant next door to the Condo. However, breakfast and lunch were usually our efforts in the well equipped kitchen.
For a change of pace, we used the large pool at the Beach Club or used the provided bikes for trips through Watercolor or over to the Publix fo
