360 Blue is looking for a Maintenance Technician to work out of our Santa Rosa Beach, FL office. The job will require performing routine maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry; electrical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing, etc.). Applicants must have a clean driving record and be able to lift 50lbs.

YOU….

  • Will inspect homes to maintain functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair making notes and recommendations using company software systems
  • Perform minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools.
  • Perform minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc.).
  • Reconfigure, install, position, and remount various varieties of home furniture and electronics
  • Recommend parts and maintain required documents for maintenance main office
  • Performs other work related duties as assigned by maintenance main office through company software system

Job Requirements
– Must have at least two years of professional experience in marketing and/or social media
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
– Excellent writing, photography, design and communication skills
– Must have reliable form of transportation, as many job requirements will take place – outside our office setting along 30A and Destin
– Must be able to work full time in our Santa Rosa Beach office
– Must be able to commit to 2-3 interviews (at least one in person)
